TERMS:

Referral must have resulted in a placement with our clients for more than 90 days

Referral must not be an "Active" Aztech Candidate

Referral bonus is available to Aztech employees and Non-Aztech Employees

Taxes will be withheld on all referral bonus payments

Referral bonus payments for "contract" referrals will be made in 2 payments. (1/2 after 90 days, 1/2 after 180 days)

Referred contractor must be employed with Aztech at time payment is due for payment to be made

Referral bonus payments for direct placement referrals will be made after 90 day probationary period, and payment has been received by client

Referral's resume must be submitted with Referral in order to qualify for the Referral Bonus

Referral must have given permission to be referred to Aztech by the Referrer
