I joined the Aztech team in 2010 with one goal in mind, providing the absolute best service in the industry to both our clients and our candidates. I have been in the professional services industry since 2006 and have experience and understanding in all facets of the business.

My focus here at Aztech is on client needs, and I make it a priority to understand the specific needs and demands of your work place, and provide solutions to any questions you may have.

Hello… I'm Lynda Pisacreta

I am the Account Manager /Recruiter for Aztech Professional Services and have been with the company since 1996.

I provide full lifecycle marketing and placement of Junior to Executive Level professionals in the following areas: Aerospace Engineering, Information Technology, Production Control, Industrial,  Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Software Engineering, GNC, Technology Software, Hardware, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Database Developers and Network & System Administrators.

My first priority is to consult with our client on their current needs.  Then I join forces with our recruiting team to find the best possible candidates for the opportunity.  During the recruiting process, we believe maintaining open communication between the client and candidates is key to everyone's success.

My philosophy is to provide an excellent level of service by having a sense of urgency with our clients' needs; to supply quality candidates and not just quantity; and make the priorities of others, my priority!
